COMMON RAIL

With the advent of the current Common Rail technology employed by Bosch, Denso, Delphi, and others, we are fully prepared and equipped to test injectors and perform minor repairs in-house. If replacement is required, we stock most of the fast-moving injectors and high-pressure pumps.

We use the Bosch EPS 205 and the Maktest test stands for accuracy and repeatability of verifications. Both test stands are preloaded with factory specs and tolerances. The tests require pressures exceeding 1800 bar or 26,000 PSI of working pressure. By 2020 we will be testing products in excess of 3000 bar or 43,500 PSI working pressures.

We also have the ability to print the test verification results, referencing the model and a serial number of each injector.
