Our facility utilizes an electronic HEINS AUTOTRACK BALANCER. Most turbocharger assembly or cartridge that we service or overhaul has the rotating components balance checked, and corrected if necessary, before re-assembly.

This process is imperative for ensuring the longest life of your turbocharger.
The correction scale of this balancing machine reads in digital decimal units, down to tenths of a rotating measurement. This highly accurate machine, and the balancing standards we use, always exceed the manufacturer’s requirements.

The latest variable vane technology requires time-consuming analysis and assembly for proper operation, and we are equipped to handle these exciting and advanced turbo’s.
